Tally Anywhere ("TA") is a companion service that reads data from your Tally Prime installation through a bridge program you install and control, and presents books, GST workings, compliance calendars, and collaboration tools for businesses and Chartered Accountants. TA is read-only: it never writes to or modifies your Tally data.
TA is free during the launch period. Paid plans will be introduced later. When they are: (a) you will receive at least 30 days' notice on screen and by email before any charge applies; (b) indicative pricing is around ₹299/month for businesses and ₹999/month for CA practices, subject to change at announcement; (c) if you choose not to upgrade, your access to paid features may be limited, but you will never be charged without your explicit consent and action. There are no hidden charges, ever.
Your accounting data belongs to you. You may revoke your CA's access at any time, disconnect the bridge at any time, and request deletion of your account and synced data by email. See the Privacy Policy.
Fee records, dues, and payment confirmations inside TA are a ledger between the CA and their client. Payments (e.g. UPI) happen directly between those parties; TA records what each side reports and is not a party to, nor a guarantor of, those payments.
TA computes from the data your Tally provides and from statutory schedules. It is an assistive tool, not professional advice; filings remain the responsibility of the registered taxpayer and their professional advisors.
No attempts to access other tenants' data, probe or disrupt the service, or use TA for unlawful purposes. Accounts violating this may be suspended.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on screen with reasonable notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
